BIG IDEAS has a flair for resolving lifestyle challenges, and by collaborating with Friday Lock is aiming to launch a line of good-looking, smart home devices designed to make our lives a whole lot easier.BIG Ideas, an internal technology-driven special projects division at New York/Copenhagen-based architecture studio BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, is dedicated to the research, simulation and design/development of smart architectural objects to provide the non-standardized solutions often called for by BIG’s unconventional design concepts. The lab supports the studio’s work from the smallest details to the BIG picture.
